Instructions
- Shedule your appointment below using a simple 3-step process.
- While it’s not essential, I encourage you to set up your own account/log-in which allows you to book future appointments quickly, check on past and future lessons.
- Lessons must be paid at the time of booking.
- Is it your first ever booking? Then, select First Lesson/Consult
- Are you an IVA teacher or singing teacher doing professional development? Then, select teacher consult
Cancellation policy
Your time is valuable and I hope you understand that mine is too.
- Lessons must be paid for at the time of booking and no refunds are provided.
- There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
- you can reschedule or cancel a booking using the system provided you do it before the 24-hour window.
- If you miss your lesson for any reason, your payment is forfeited. If I miss your lesson for any reason, it will be made up AND you will receive a 50% discount on the following lesson.
Reschedule lesson
You can reschedule or cancel upcoming appointments in two ways:
- by clicking on the Change/Cancel Appointment button in your confirmation email.
- If you have created an account, you can also log in to see a list of your appointments.
